The Attic
Clear the hatch area. We cannot move furniture or personal items to gain access.
Electric Panels
Remove any obstructions. We must open the panel to verify wiring and connections.
HVAC Systems
We need to photograph interior air handlers and exterior condensers/data plates.
Water Heaters
Ensure the unit and plumbing are accessible for inspection and photography.
Under-Sink Plumbing
Clear out cabinets so we can see valves and drain lines in one clear shot.
Roofing Records
Have permit dates or previous reports ready to ensure an accurate age for your insurer.
Wind Mitigation Prep:
We must access all windows and doors from both sides. Have your impact-rating paperwork or shutter documentation available for the inspector.
