Public safety
Four Corners crosses Lake, Orange, Osceola and Polk counties and has no single police department. Public-safety records come from the sheriff responsible for the exact address; a Kissimmee, Clermont, Davenport or Winter Garden city statistic may describe the wrong jurisdiction.
Schools
In 2026, Orange and Lake earned A district grades while Osceola and Polk earned B grades. A nearby home can feed into a different district—and a different set of schools—simply by crossing a county line, so the parcel address matters more than the Four Corners label.
Shopping and daily errands
Cagan Crossings Town Center provides neighborhood services and dining on the Lake County side. Larger shopping trips commonly follow US 27 south to Posner Park or east along US 192 toward the resort-corridor retail and entertainment districts.
Traffic and commuting
US 27, US 192 and I-4 carry local, commuter and visitor traffic through different sides of this large CDP. Resort check-in periods, theme-park peaks and the county line a property sits near can matter more than the Four Corners average.

Four Corners more than doubled from 26,116 residents in the 2010 Census to 56,381 in 2020. The 2024 ACS estimate is higher again, although one-year estimates carry margins of error and should be treated as a current snapshot rather than an exact headcount.
The ACS reports roughly 41,000 housing units but about 32,000 households - a gap of nearly 9,000 units. That gap can include seasonal use, short-term or part-time occupancy, and ordinary vacancy; it should not be interpreted as 9,000 vacation rentals. It does show why access, property management and insurance documentation are recurring inspection issues here.
We do not publish a single Four Corners annual-sales number because the CDP crosses Lake, Orange, Osceola and Polk counties and several postal-city markets. Combining unrelated county or ZIP totals would create a precise-looking but misleading figure.
