Vacation Rental Inspections

Local resort-corridor specialists

Buying an Airbnb or vacation rental? Inspect it like a high-use property.

Short-term rentals can place heavy demand on cooling, plumbing, appliances, pools and finishes. We help buyers document the physical condition of the property before closing and provide insurance reports when requested.

High-use systems

Cooling performance, plumbing fixtures, water heaters, electrical safety and installed appliances receive practical attention for frequent guest turnover.

Pools & exterior features

Accessible pool equipment, barriers, decks, drainage, lanais and exterior components are documented as part of the property inspection.

Clear remote documentation

Same-day reports, 360° room documentation and organized photos help buyers who may not be present locally.

What the inspection covers

  • Roof, attic and exterior envelope
  • Electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems
  • Interior rooms, doors, windows and visible finishes
  • Installed kitchen and laundry appliances
  • Accessible pool equipment, barriers and surrounding surfaces
  • Moisture observations and thermal-imaging checks where useful
  • 4-Point and wind mitigation reports included with every inspection

Property condition is only one part of due diligence.

A home inspection does not approve a property for short-term-rental use or verify HOA, zoning, licensing, occupancy, tax or platform requirements. Buyers should confirm those items independently with the association and the appropriate city or county before closing.
